Join Amber as a Business Development Manager and play a pivotal role in elevating our brand while forging strategic partnerships with key financial and distribution channels. Your primary mission will be to drive the growth of Amber Premium's Assets Under Management (AUM).
Role and Responsibilities:
Cultivate and expand business partnerships with distribution channels and new clients to achieve the main goal of contributing to the growth of the AUM of Amber Premium.
Lead prospect and client demo calls, capturing valuable feedback to relay to our internal teams.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both institutional and individual clients across the region, driving sales growth in AUM and trading volume through Amber’s platforms—both online and offline.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless and compliant operations in local markets.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management, is a must.
A minimum of 3 years of experience within the crypto or traditional financial services sectors, is a strong advantage.
Fluency in spoken English and Chinese is required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial and self-driven, problem solver.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization.
Demonstrated knowledge in digital assets and familiarity with crypto markets is preferred.
