We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team and shape our brand narrative in the fast-evolving cryptocurrency landscape. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategy, with a specific focus on navigating the intersection of evolving AI landscape and the Crypto market. This role requires a combination of strategic foresight in Crytocurrency, AI trends and proven team management capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: The incumbent is required to maintain a comprehensive understanding of current marketing trends within the Crypto sector to ensure competitive global positioning, and to give insights in aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s shift toward AI agent development.
  • Team Management: Oversee the daily operations of the marketing team, providing mentorship, setting performance KPIs, and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Corporate Relations Support: Support the business in high-level communications, including investor relations, earnings calls, and relevant industry events.
  • Market Positioning: Develop and refine the brand’s voice to ensure it resonates effectively within both the AI and Crypto communities.
  • Performance Growth: Monitor and optimize full-funnel marketing activities to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness through data-driven methodologies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units across the group to translate complex internal developments into cohesive, effective marketing narratives.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a leadership capacity.
  • Candidates who are deeply crypto-native or possess extensive marketing experience specifically within the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry will be highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of AI developments and the ability to incorporate these trends into a long-term commercial strategy.
  • Established network of media contacts within top-tier financial and cryptocurrency publications.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional professional communication, presentation, and writing skills in both languages.
  • Experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing budgets.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a broader market audience.
